Folderella는 사용자의 개인정보를 수집하거나 서버에 전송하지 않습니다. 모든 처리는 기기 내에서만 이루어지며, 사진 및 위치 데이터는 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

수집하는 정보

Folderella는 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.

  • 계정 생성 불필요
  • 이름, 이메일, 연락처 등 수집 없음
  • 분석 데이터, 사용 통계 수집 없음
  • 광고 식별자 수집 없음

사진 및 위치 정보 처리

앱은 사진 정리 기능을 위해 아래 권한을 요청합니다:

  • 사진 라이브러리 접근: 사진의 GPS 메타데이터를 읽어 폴더를 분류합니다. 사진 원본은 사용자가 지정한 저장 위치에만 복사됩니다.
  • 위치 정보 (GPS 메타데이터): 사진에 포함된 위치 정보만 사용하며, 기기의 현재 위치는 수집하지 않습니다.

📍 모든 처리는 기기 내에서만 이루어집니다. 사진, GPS 데이터, 메타데이터는 Touched Studio 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

PC 전송 기능

"PC로 전송" 기능 사용 시 사진은 같은 WiFi 네트워크 내의 사용자 PC로만 직접 전송됩니다.

  • 전송은 로컬 네트워크(WiFi) 내에서만 이루어집니다
  • 인터넷을 통한 외부 서버 전송 없음
  • 전송된 데이터는 Touched Studio가 접근할 수 없습니다

제3자 서비스

Folderella는 아래 Apple 기본 프레임워크를 사용합니다:

  • PhotoKit: 사진 라이브러리 접근 (Apple 제공)
  • CoreLocation / CLGeocoder: GPS 좌표를 도시명으로 변환 (온디바이스 처리)
  • BackgroundTasks: 자동 백업 기능 (선택적 사용)

별도의 외부 분석 도구, 광고 SDK, 소셜 로그인은 사용하지 않습니다.

데이터 보관

Folderella는 서버에 데이터를 보관하지 않습니다. 앱이 저장하는 유일한 데이터는 다음과 같습니다:

  • 증분 백업 상태 파일 (.folderella_state.json) — 사용자 기기 또는 사용자가 선택한 저장 위치에만 저장
  • 앱 설정 (백업 모드, 필터 옵션 등) — 기기 내 UserDefaults에만 저장

아동 개인정보 보호

Folderella는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

Folderella does not collect or transmit any personal information. All processing happens entirely on your device. Photos and location data are never sent to external servers.

Information We Collect

Folderella does not collect any personal information.

  • No account creation required
  • No collection of name, email, or contact information
  • No analytics or usage statistics
  • No advertising identifiers

Photo & Location Data

The app requests the following permissions for photo organization:

  • Photo Library Access: Reads GPS metadata from photos to organize them into folders. Original photos are only copied to the destination you choose.
  • Location (GPS Metadata): Only uses location data embedded in your photos. The app does not access your device's current location.

📍 All processing happens on-device only. Photos, GPS data, and metadata are never sent to Touched Studio's servers.

PC Transfer Feature

When using the "Send to PC" feature, photos are transferred directly to your PC on the same local WiFi network only.

  • Transfer occurs only within your local network (WiFi)
  • No transfer to external servers via the internet
  • Transferred data is not accessible to Touched Studio

Third-Party Services

Folderella uses the following Apple system frameworks:

  • PhotoKit: Photo library access (provided by Apple)
  • CoreLocation / CLGeocoder: Converts GPS coordinates to city names (on-device processing)
  • BackgroundTasks: Automatic backup feature (optional)

No third-party analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or social login services are used.

Data Retention

Folderella stores no data on servers. The only data the app saves is:

  • Incremental backup state file (.folderella_state.json) — stored only on your device or chosen destination
  • App settings (backup mode, filter options, etc.) — stored only in on-device UserDefaults

Children's Privacy

Folderella is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
